Frequently Asked Questions

Depending on the size and type of print, it will be shipped flat or rolled up.
If prints are rolled, please gently unpackage the print and let it unroll naturally. Only once flat enough to lay down should weight be added to help flatten further. Place small non-marking objects on each corner.
Please note that unrolling naturally could take a number of days. Trying to speed this up by flattening forcibly could result in unintentional stresses and creases in the print material.

Prints take 2-4 Business days to process.
Canvases take 3-6 Business days to process.
Shipping within Australia:
Standard shipping is around 7-10 Days
Express is around 1-3 Days
For international Shipping, please reach out for a quote to receive estimated lead time.

No. Paper prints are not framed.
Canvases are stretched around a 19mm frame.
Framed print options are available on request. I am hoping to have it added as a default option for all prints in the near future.

The utmost care is taken to ensure that what is displayed on screen matches what is printed as closely as possible. Unfortunately, all displays are set up differently and there may be some differences between what you see displayed and what you see printed.
